NTT DoCoMo revealed the new Fujitsu F-06B that features a 13.2MP camera with LED flash and video recording with Full HD format (1920×1080 pixels). Available in dark blue, black and white, the handset comes with a water-resistant casing, a LED flash and a maximum ISO sensitivity of 25600. The Fujitsu F-06B also has a unique rotary screen, a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 480×854 pixel, GPS, front camera for video calls, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR and a microSD card slot. Additionally, the phone supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSDPA network.

Sharp has been experimenting with solar-powered cell phones for sometime, but now they’re moving to monetize their green mobile phones by releasing the Sharp Solar Hybrid SH6230C featurephone in China. The phones, which are already on sale in China, will run on GSM bands and feature a 2.9-inch LCD screen and a 5-megapixel autofocus camera. Given the increasing demand for the solar charging function, Sharp will bring the solar-powered mobile phones to the global markets.

Softbank prepare to release the new Panasonic 931P clamshell mobile phone. The 931P has a dual-hinge design, which mean the phone can be flipped both vertically and horizontally.

The Softbank 931H has a 3.1-inch Viera 480×854 LCD display offering 10,000:1 contrast ratio, a 2-inch QVGA external display and a 8.1 Megapixel camera with ISO 1600 and LED flash. You can also expect built-in 1Seg tuner, GPS, microSDHC card slot, Bluetooth and FeliCa.

Softbank prepare to launch in August Sharp’s Solar Hybrid 936SH solar-powered mobile phone. The phone features a large solar panel up front for charging. For 10 minuts of charging, you get one minute of talk time and two hours of standby time.

Sharp’s Solar Hybrid 936S has a 3-inch ASV LCD display and a 8 Megapixel camera with ProPix image processing and ISO up to 12800. Other features include Bluetooth, InfraRed, FeliCa, WCDMA 3G support and a microSDHC card slot. The 936SH is a waterproof mobile phone that meets the IPX5 and IPX7 standards. NTT DoCoMo and Fujitsu have joined to release the Japanese Foma F905i mobile phone for the Taiwanese market.The Foma F905i mobile phone has a large 3.2 inches display screen (480×864 resolution) which is called “Width Motion”. Measuring 108mm x 50mm x 21mm and weighing 138 grams, the handset also comes with a 3.2MP camera, and a fingerprint reader
