According to mobilecrunch, its unnamed source is telling them that the company will make the X3 ready by January 2010, about the same time as Xperia X2 running windows mobile OS.According to other leaked specs site, the Xperia X3 (code-named Rachael)is expected to run on Android 1.6 (Donut) and features quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE as well as dualband HSDPA/HSUPA at 900/2100 MHz, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi b/g and aGPS.
